C.D. was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana.\u00a0 At a preliminary hearing, where the police officer that arrested C.D. testified, a Tulsa County District Court Judge dismissed the case for lack of evidence in regard to the element of intent to distribute.<\/p>\n
